SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Licensor: DMR User Database Team / PD2EMC
Licensee: End User

By installing, copying, or using the DMR User Database App ("Software"), you ("Licensee") agree to the terms of this Software License Agreement ("Agreement") as set forth by [DMR User Database Team / PD2EMC] ("Licensor").

1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or organizational use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee agrees not to:
a. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
b. Distribute, sublicense, lease, or share the Software with third parties without prior written consent.
c. Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, remain with Licensor.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA
The Software may collect and process user-provided data, including but not limited to user-provided callsigns. By using the Software, you consent to such data collection and agree that it will be handled in accordance with the Licensor's Privacy Policy.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Licensor disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
